A Bit About Kloe

This big dream started from a humble beginning

Kloe started the physical aspects of yoga practice in her young adulthood. After years of battling her eating disorder and excessive stress, the physical yoga practice helped her temporarily relieve the tension. However, shortly after stopping her practice, the depression, imbalance of life and struggles returned. She then realized the physical practice wasn't enough. She then took a long time searching for help, longing for a sense of true freedom for her mind and heart.

She found practicing yoga in a holistic way (which is the mind, body, and soul integration of yoga) profoundly changed her way of living. She realized yoga is life.

Ever since she experienced the power of practicing life in a mindful way, she received a sense of peace and real relief from her inner tensions. She began to hear the voice from her heart - it is her mission to spread the way to well-being to the world. As it helped herself, she knows it will do so for others.

Following her heart, she headed to the birthplace of yoga - India - to immerse herself in yoga teacher training. She began her journey as a messager and decided this is her life mission. She has a total of 800 hours of different types of yoga training from traditional Pranayama Meditation, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga; she also recently gained her Yoga Therapist certification. Her passions for yoga teaching are reflected in her creative vinyasa classes, mindfulness meditations, and the peacefulness of yin practices.

Join her on this path to work together to create a better environment for ourselves and our next generations.
